Its Wednesday


Time to weigh myself and check in...

I found a funny little at home workout routine on pinterest that I kinda half-ass did all last week while watching TV. It was actually kind of hard but I enjoyed it. I was sore the next day.


 Not bad for week one. Down 2.2lbs

Other than doing the little workout I just tried to limit the crap and not eat like I'm still pregnant (lets hope I'm not pregnant :) I need to remind myself that I can now eat healthy and don't need to eat Little Caesar's pizza on the weekends when Chris is craving it. So bad for you but OOH so yummy!

Alright well I guess that's it until next week. Lets hope I can be good during Thanksgiving and only eat small portions of the yumminess. I LOVE Thanksgiving food and all the leftovers!
